Returns & Exchanges Procedure
1. Submit a return or exchange request
1.1. Fill out a return/exchange request.
1.2. Contact our manager by phone 0800207814 or email sales@ktex.ua.
1.3. Provide the reason for the return or exchange, your order number, and contact details.
2. Prepare the item

The item must be in its original condition, unused, complete with all components and in the original packaging.

Please include a document confirming the purchase.
3. Send the item
Returns are accepted via Nova Poshta at the sender’s expense. Cost: according to the carrier’s current rates (minimum delivery cost — from ₴80).

4. Receive confirmation
After we receive the item, we will verify compliance with the return conditions.
You will receive a notification confirming approval or refusal of the return.
Return & Exchange Conditions

Returns or exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

The item must be in its original condition: no signs of use or damage, with factory labels/tags and original packaging preserved.

Items that have been used are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Exchanges are available for the same or a different item, with any price difference settled by additional payment or refund.
Return Shipping Costs

If the item didn’t suit you or you changed your mind: return shipping is paid by the buyer (per the carrier’s rates; minimum from ₴80).

If the reason is a manufacturing defect or seller’s error: return shipping is paid by us.

If the seller cannot accept the item (does not meet return conditions): the cost of re-delivery is paid by the buyer.

When sending via Nova Poshta, specify the recipient details listed above.

In the waybill comment, write: “Return of goods” and your order number.

We recommend insuring the parcel for the full value of the item to protect it during transportation.
Refunds

Processing time: up to 7 business days after we confirm receipt and acceptance of the item.

Refund methods:

To a bank card — for online or terminal payments.

To a current account — for legal entities.

Important: If the item was purchased during a special promotion or with a promo code, the refund amount will be calculated taking into account the applied discounts.
