Delivery

We offer several convenient delivery options so you can choose the most suitable for you:

1. Courier Delivery Across Ukraine

Carrier: Nova Poshta
Cost: According to the carrier’s current tariffs (minimum delivery cost — from ₴80).

Delivery times:

Regional centers: 1–2 business days
District centers: 2–3 business days
Villages & remote locations: 3–5 business days

Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00–20:00

Order processing time:

Orders placed before 13:00 are processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the first business day.

Total processing time: 1–3 business days.

Advantages: home delivery with the option to check the item before payment.

2. Delivery to a Nova Poshta Branch

Cost: According to the carrier’s current tariffs (minimum delivery cost — from ₴80).

Working hours: Monday–Saturday, 8:00–20:00

Order processing time:

Orders placed before 13:00 are processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 13:00 are shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the first business day.

Total processing time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery times:

Cities: 1–2 business days
District centers: 2–3 business days
Villages & remote locations: 3–5 business days

Tracking: after dispatch, you will receive a tracking number (TTN) via SMS or email.
Storage: parcels are stored at the branch for 5 business days, after which they are returned to the sender.

3. Pickup

Collect your order at a convenient time without additional waiting.

Pickup address: Irpin, Pokrovska Street, 1

Store hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 | Sat–Sun, closed
Order processing time: 1–3 business days

Payment

We provide several payment methods for your convenience:

Payment is made to the settlement account after placing your order.
